Pizza baking set with pizza stone and peel. With this 2-piece set, you can bake delicious crispy pizzas in your own oven. Pizza peel dimensions: approx. 49 x 36 cm. Material: wood. Pizza stone dimensions: approx. D33 cm. Material: unglazed stone. Kitchen essentials for baking pizza on a pizza stone.
Instructions for use:
- Place the stone in the oven when it is cold so that it heats up simultaneously (preheating). If you place the (cold) stone in a hot oven, it may crack!
- Sprinkle some flour on the stone; a (fresh) pizza might stick a little. Bake the pizza (depending on the heat!) for 7 to 11 minutes.
- When the pizza is ready, use the peel to remove it from the oven. Leave the stone in the oven; the heat will penetrate any oven mitt! Let the stone cool down in the oven while it is turned off and cooling.
- Once the stone is cold, you can clean it. Use a (putty) knife to scrape off residues, then rinse with warm water only (no soap!).
