Returns

It may happen that you are not satisfied with an article. As a customer of Shoppartners BV, we give you 30 days to try on, assess and check an item for defects. You can return the item within this period. You can also register your return within 30 days of receipt, and then you have another 14 days to actually return the products. Please note that the product must be complete and undamaged and (if reasonably possible) in its original and undamaged packaging. If the products are damaged, we may charge you for the reduction in value resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If you want to return something, please read the return instructions below carefully. If you wish to receive a different size, color or alternative, we recommend placing a new order and returning the old order. Exchanging items is not possible.

Have you received an incorrect, defective or incomplete item? First of all, our apologies, it is very annoying that something went wrong despite our strict quality controls. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we would like to receive an e-mail within 30 days with your order number and a description of the problem (for a defective item, please include a clear photo).

If an item has been worn or used, we may pass on any depreciation in your credit, which can amount to 100%.

Return instructions

• With your order number and e-mail address, you can open the return form at the bottom of this page. To make the return process as easy as possible, we ask you to complete this form as thoroughly as possible.
• In the next screen, you can indicate which items you wish to keep and which you wish to return. To improve the quality of our assortment, you would do us a great favor by indicating why you are returning the items.
• We ask you to wait for our response before returning the items. On working days, we will process your return request within 24 hours and send an email with additional instructions.
• As soon as we have confirmed your return request, we kindly ask you to return the item within 14 days. If reasonably possible, in original and undamaged packaging. You bear the costs for return shipment, these costs depend on the size and weight of the package. We estimate that the costs will be a maximum of EUR 6.95.
• We will refund the outstanding amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after dissolution (including shipping costs for the outward shipment if you return the entire order). We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. If we receive the items later than 14 days and you cannot provide proof of shipment, this will delay payment.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for hygienic products whose seal has been broken, such as underwear, erotic articles, wigs, hairnets, cosmetic articles and perfumes. In addition, for helium balloons, if you return them, we can no longer sell them as new and the depreciation of 100% will be charged to you.
